This Privacy Policy describes how Spotter Limited Liability Company (“we”) handles information in the To Do app.

The app does not require an account. You can use it without providing your name, email, or other contact details.

Data You Create in the App

Tasks, habits, reminders, and related settings are stored on your device.

If iCloud Sync is enabled, this data is synced through your personal iCloud account, which is operated by Apple. We do not host this content on our own servers.

HealthKit

The app uses Apple’s HealthKit framework for optional health-related habits.

Depending on which habits you use, we may request permission to read and write:

- Step count
- Walking and running distance
- Cycling distance
- Dietary water
- Dietary energy consumed (calories)
- Dietary protein, total fat, and carbohydrates

This data is used only to:

- Show progress toward daily habit goals
- Let you log water and nutrition (macros) from the app into Apple Health
- Display history, charts, and statistics for these habits

HealthKit data is accessed only after you grant permission. It stays on your device and in Apple Health and is not uploaded to our servers. It is used only for the habit-tracking features described above.

You can change or revoke access in the Health app (Sharing → Apps) or in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Health. If access is declined or revoked, health habits that depend on HealthKit will not work. The rest of the app remains available.

Analytics

We use Amplitude to understand how the app is used and to improve it. This may include an app-generated user identifier, device and app information (such as device type, OS version, and app version), and product events (for example, that a habit was created or a screen was opened).

For health habits we may record the habit type (such as steps or water). We do not send HealthKit measurements or other health values to Amplitude.

Purchases

Subscriptions and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.

We use Apphud to manage subscription status. Apphud may receive an app-generated user identifier, device information, and purchase-related data needed to provide this service.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, reminders are scheduled locally on your device.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page.
